When attempting to create a new segment, the personalization module seems to bug out and spit out ManagementForm data is missing or has been tampered with. Missing fields: website_tierequals-TOTAL_FORMS, website_tierequals-INITIAL_FORMS. You may need to file a bug report if the issue persists. for every Rule.

This bug completely breaks paywalls and must be fixed ASAP.
