Make the language switching prompt not annoying #209

Switching to langauges other than english should only bring up the prompt when the language is loaded for the first time, i.e the screen on startup or switching in the options menu. If there's any more languages, those languages should also get those prompts on initial language load to avoid ambiguity. It doesn't have to be a yes/no prompt either, just an 'ok' button is all that's needed.

Here is the text that should come with the prompt.
