In patch 6 there was a visual prompt added to the scene where Anon looks through Fang's phone to show that the screen was scrollable which disappears when you mouse over the screen - see 4h24m57s

This looks like it's broken in patch 7, although I'm only assumming here it wasn't removed on purpose because the code for it is still present and not commented out or anything 167d64ca41/game/script/4.anon-needs-help-during-music-period.rpy (L1300)).

I've seen a number of posts recently where people didn't know what to do at this point and thought the game had bugged out, so I think it wasn't a bad idea to include.
