Add status flag for cron deactivation
...
Cron daemon, which was triggered by WordPress method, was deactivated
by deletion from DB and it caused the lost of all log data about it.
This commit changes the implementation so that the daemon is deactivated by changing status flag.

Cron update + removing console.log

- use Setting::getValue for getDaemon method
- added "updated_at" property within cron_daemon value (instead of using the setting's column)
- converted line endings to Unix in notice.js and removed console.log
