2d32e5013e Fixed uncheck status not saved in Manage subscriptions page 
Please note: Mandatory (required) checkbox Fields can not be Empty. This means the checkbox field can not be uncheck by the user. The admin can still control the status of the checkbox

f9ba4623c6 Create custom validation for names 
I had to use a custom validation because we want to different
error message for each part of validation.
I didn't find a better solution for Parsley library.

We have a conflict with WooCommerce Payments plugin. When the file with custom fonts is bigger than 10kB, the payment form isn't loaded.

a18ae06f8a Rewrite Forms::listing() API to use Doctrine 
This commit replaces the usage of Paris with Doctrine inside
MailPoet\API\JSON\v1\Forms::listing(). It also introduces a new class
MailPoet\Form\Listing\FormListingRepository that is used by listing() to
prepare the query that is executed by Doctrine and a new
MailPoet\API\JSON\ResponseBuilders\FormsResponseBuilder::buildForListing()
method to prepare the response that is returned by listing(). A few tests were
adjusted and new tests were added for the new class.
