This should fix the process to work correctly. It was missing the renconstruct config and the .android config.

I didn't make the android config use the woodpecker versioning substitution, so if this ought to be changed, say so.

fix exception on build 4b509c0981

impliment changes to allow building on woodpecker ... 4a940e62b4

This also generates strange update files within the distribution folder that I can't seem to disable, but don't prevent building (Aside from possibly just making it slower)

fix builds and correct woodpecker to use the proper renpy version. 72af697284
